When you contact me

If you contact me by email, I will receive and store your email address, your name if provided, and any other information you choose to include in your message.

I use this information only to:

  • respond to your enquiry;
  • discuss potential or ongoing work with you; and
  • maintain normal business correspondence and records.

I do not add you to marketing mailing lists, sell your information, or use your contact details for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

I process this information where necessary to respond to requests you make in connection with potential work or a contract, and/or on the basis of my legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact my business and maintaining appropriate business records.

Sharing your information

I do not disclose your contact information to third parties except where this is necessary to operate my email or business services, or where I am required to do so by law.

How long I keep it

I keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose.

Where an enquiry does not lead to an ongoing business relationship, I will normally delete or review the correspondence within two years of our last meaningful contact. Some information may be retained for longer where required for legal, accounting or contractual purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable data protection law, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to certain uses of your information.
